These terms govern your purchase from Ancho Solutions LLC, operating the brand AVERA. By placing an order you accept them.

Products

We sell AVERA Natural Batana Hair Oil, a cosmetic hair and scalp oil for external use, supplied in single jars and in multi-jar bundles as shown at checkout. Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for a scalp or skin condition, ask your doctor before use.

Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars and are shown in that currency throughout the checkout. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and displayed before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

How your subscription works

You are charged $39.99 today, and then $39.99 every 30 days automatically, to the same payment method, until you cancel. This is a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. The price is locked in and can only change with at least 30 days' written notice.

Shipping is free on every refill. Charges appear on your bank statement as AVERA.

We email you a reminder before every charge, showing the amount and the billing date, so you always know what is coming.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, at no cost, with no minimum number of orders. Cancel from Manage Subscription on our website, email support@averaofficialstore.com, or call +1 (888) 597-8055 — at least 24 hours before your next charge. We confirm every cancellation by email; keep that confirmation as your proof.

If you would rather delay your next delivery than cancel, write to us and we will move your renewal date.

Promotions and offers

Bundle offers such as “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” apply only to the quantities and products stated on the offer at the time of purchase. Promotional prices apply to the order in which they are shown and to that order only. Offers cannot be combined unless the checkout allows it, and we may withdraw an offer at any time without affecting orders already placed.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting your order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method and that the details you entered are accurate.

Payment security

Our checkout runs over HTTPS on every page and payment processing is PCI DSS compliant. Card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection: we never see, handle, or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example when a product is unavailable, when we detect fraud, or when we cannot ship to the address given.

Geographic restrictions

We sell and ship within the United States only. Our products are cosmetic products for external use and require no prescription. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
