Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Free shipping on every subscription refill

Refills always ship free. Shipping options and rates for one-time orders are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days depending on your area.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund you.

Incorrect address

Check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we reship it once the return arrives, and the second shipping charge applies.

Taxes and duties

Prices are in US dollars. For orders shipped within the United States there are no import duties. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
