How your subscription works

You are charged $39.99 today, and then $39.99 every 30 days automatically, to the same payment method, until you cancel. This is a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. The price is locked in and can only change with at least 30 days' written notice.

Shipping is free on every refill. Charges appear on your bank statement as AVERA.

We email you a reminder before every charge, showing the amount and the billing date, so you always know what is coming.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, at no cost, with no minimum number of orders. Cancel from Manage Subscription on our website, email support@averaofficialstore.com, or call +1 (888) 597-8055 — at least 24 hours before your next charge. We confirm every cancellation by email; keep that confirmation as your proof.

If you would rather delay your next delivery than cancel, write to us and we will move your renewal date.

Cancelling after a renewal has been charged

If a renewal has already been charged when you contact us, the cancellation applies to all future charges. To request a refund on the charge already taken, see our Return & Refund Policy.

What happens to deliveries

After cancellation, any refill already shipped is still yours. Nothing further is charged and nothing further is sent.
